As has been reflected throughout this site learning starts with a recognition of the actual theories that are being used within the organisation.

The Deming Learning Network provide a service where they listen to employees, study the methods being used and consider how data is interpreted.

This exercise takes some 4-10 days dependant on the size of the organisation. This is followed by a written report indicating the theories being used and the modern research that would suggest alternative and improved theories. The methods aligned to the alternative theories are also explained.

The findings of these research projects remain confidential to the company. Which of course means that we cannot provide an example of the findings.
