For the Learning Society initiative to reach all parts of Scottish Society it should be led by cross party cooperation of our MSPs

To date we have had a positive conversations with the following MSPs.

Robin Harper ( Greens)

Nanette Milne (Conservative)

Richard Baker (Labour)

Lewis Macdonld (Labour)

Mike Rumbles (Lib Dem)

Chris Harvie (SNP)

Alasdair Allan (SNP)

There was an exploratory meeting at Holyrood on 20th March. This link  to the "Agenda" for the meeting is indicative of the areas discussed and those who attended. The conclusion of the meeting was that:

1. We should launch this initiative from Holyrood
2. We should aim to be in a position to launch by the Autumn of 2007.
